I can’t remember my password.
Solution -
A unique password
must be created for each person (not a common
password for the organization). For those who
haven’t registered, just click
register above and
make your own password.
For those who have registered before, but can’t
remember your password, do this:
Send an email to Dot Campbell at
dcampbell@rerc.org giving her a new
password. She will activate your log-in with it.
Note: Once you’ve registered, the system
will
not let you register again. If you are not sure,
just contact Dot and she will check on it.

I want to change my password to something new.
Solution -
At any time you can
change your password, just email Dot Campbell,
dcampbell@rerc.org with the new
password and she will change it for you.

Why can’t I use the same password for the
shopping cart?
Solution -
For security
reasons, you will have to register with a new
password when you wish to enter the shopping
cart area.

If you have done everything right, and it still
won’t take your information, then contact us.
In rare cases, certain emails
won’t go through our system and we will have to
contact our web designers.
